I found Kyxie through recommendations from my husband and our wedding photographer. From my first inquiry I knew she was going to be awesome! She was very responsive and professional. She was open to ideas and provided me with the opportunity to bring photos for inspirations for my wedding look. At my makeup trial, she respectfully listened to my requests and captured what I was looking for. I was pleased with the result and booked Kyxie to do my makeup and my bridesmaids’ for my wedding day. Prior to my wedding day, she sent me a schedule with a timeline for each person to ensure that everyone will get their make-up done on time. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, Kyxie included the proper safety guidelines for everyone to follow. The morning of my wedding day, Kyxie arrived on time even a little early. She followed all the proper safety protocols (e.g. wear mask, one person at a time, sanitized after each person, etc) and stayed on schedule and finished on time. The results were amazing. She made me look like ME! (except slightly enhanced). I was worried about my dark under eye circles, but Kyxie was able to put my mind at ease. My makeup looked natural and flawless without being “cakey” or over done. All of my bridesmaids loved their makeup. Kyxie was able to tailor each bridesmaid’s look to their requests and at the end, they all looked beautiful. Our makeups stayed on all day with only touching up our lipsticks (which Kyxie provided for us in cute little bags) In addition to being really good at her job, Kyxie is also friendly, calm, and helpful. She is organized, punctual, professional, and has positive attitude that I really appreciated. I would recommend her without reservation.

I hired Kyxie for my wedding in April 2018. She was professional and very organized with the planning for my big day. She was easy to work with, and was flexible when I had to make semi-last minute changes to the schedule; which worked out in the end. I had a good number of ladies for her to doll up; which consisted of my mother, mother in law, bridal party, niece, and another best friend from across the pond. It was a long day for her and the hair stylist; starting at 5am; in order to get me, my mom, and my sisters ready for the traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony at my parents’ house. Then, Kyxie had to go back to the wedding venue, to begin on the rest of the bridal party and scheduled gals. Even though she worked 12 hours, she stayed in great spirits; shared a lot of laughs with me & the ladies. Her talents are amazing! She made all of us feel and look like a million bucks. She was able to enhance the beauty in each of us. I do not wear makeup on a daily basis, but she did not make me look caked on at all. I still looked and felt like myself. Kyxie made me feel fabulous that day! And, the makeup lasted all night, even for the after parties. If/when you hire her for your special day, whatever the occasion is, you will not regret it.

What can i say about Kyxie she was great. Very professional and kind, she was organized and helpful. I was hesitant to get my make up done by a professional, all my friends do makeup and I figured why not let one of them do it? But I decided in the end to pamper myself on my special day.

I just want to say that my husband and I received so many compliments on our makeup for a “Dia de Los Muertos” party we attended. Kyxie was very detailed in the makeup after we sent her pictures of what we were looking for. There was no party this year due to Covid. I knew Kyxie since elementary school and it was so funny how my fiancé (at the time) referred her to me. It was just simply natural to have her as my makeup artist for my wedding. She made everything organized through contacts, deadlines, and timesheets. She even suggested her colleagues to be my hair stylist and nail artist too. I could go to Kyxie and ask questions without feeling embarrassed or judged. She provided additional tips and advice to make me feel less stress as a bride planning through a pandemic. On the day of my wedding I was completely captivated by her amazing talents, she transformed me, kept all my facial details and enhance every feature that even on the first look down the aisle my husband to be cried and whispered how beautiful I looked even though I laughed saying it’s still me you dork!
